Works at the Victor Harbor Health Hub have commenced on site, with Bella Build and Design recently completing demolition of the former Apollon Motor Inn. All built and in-ground structures have been demolished and either removed from site or crushed on site and recycled for use as the future building pad.

Stage 1 Development Approval has been issued by Council, paving the way for bulk earthworks to commence over the next week to set sub-base levels on site. Following levels being set, building pad works can commence, and excavation of footings can start.

With the progress made to date, Victor Harbor Health Hub is well and truly on track to be servicing the local community in early 2024.
