VMC is seeking a full -time Practice Supervisor to join our team, reporting to the Practice Manager.
The primary objective of the Practice Supervisor is to provide front-line support and management for the day-to-day non-clinical operations of a defined area of the practice, ensuring a welcoming and functional environment for patients and staff. This will be accomplished in three main ways: process management, people management, and escalation management.
