Phone Changes Effective Monday, 2 March

- We recently changed our phone handling to provide more personalised service to the patients of our busiest doctors. When you call, you can press the following options without listening to the entire message as follows:
Option 3 – Drs Price, North*, Mintz, Hoile
Option 4 – Drs Wildman*, Weisbrodt, Sullivan, Greasley
Option 5 – Drs Batt, Shute, Hancock, Doley
Option 6 – Drs Van Gordon, Radcliffe, Dixon, Makoy
Option 7 – Chronic care, home health assessments, scheduled procedures, driver license checks
Option 0 – all other questions or matters
(* = recent option change)
- Starting Monday, the phones will be open from 8:00am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Phones are closed on weekends and public holidays.
- Lastly, the effectiveness of the results line is being re-evaluated as results are being quickly uploaded to My Health Record, and all patients are encouraged to register for MyMedicare. The results line will be staffed from 1:30pm to 2:00pm, Monday through Friday, while we consider next steps.
