Dr David Batt graduated from the University of Adelaide in 1975 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery. He also completed a Diploma in Obstetrics through the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists in the United Kingdom in the same year.
He was awarded Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 1981 and later became a Fellow of the Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine in 1999.
Dr Batt has been a partner at Victor Medical Centre since 1980. He is an experienced General Practitioner with a broad range of clinical interests, including GP surgery, GP obstetrics, and skin cancer medicine and surgery. He also provides care in specialised areas such as diving medicine and travel medicine.
